Colours are represented on the computer screen by the amount of red, green and blue displayed.
The colours are created by mixing light. If all three are set to zero, black results.
When red, green and blue are on 100%, the
result is white.
|
Colour codes use a six-digit hexadecimal notation, such as "000000" for black or "FFFFFF" for white. The first two digits are the amount of red, the second two the amount of green. The third set of two digits represent the amount of blue in the colour. |
Each colour below contains its own
hexadecimal value.
Select a colour and copy & paste the hexadecimal value into your HTML document.
