Product Information

This Application was designed for a manufacturing company.

It stores all production information for each individual product and enables users to easily view and change that information.

It also displays the different production costs involved and keeps track of stock and material levels.

Appointment Bookings

This Application enables telephone bookings to be entered into a job scheduling system.

It records all required job and appointment information and produces job sheets where required.

It insures the user enters all appropriate information, without requiring it to be entered in any strict order.

This application has been integrated with the existing accounting software to enable it to access client information, and product pricing as well accessing the existing appointment database so that jobs are properly scheduled.

Job Display

Displays Job Information for the selected day.

Tracks individual job progress.

Highlights any outstanding or late jobs for each department.

Prints job lists and job specific information.

Part Search

This is a VBA module designed for an aircraft maintenance facility.

It was designed as an addition to an existing MS Excel spreadsheet.

Its purpose is to match part numbers with aircraft types and retrieve the corresponding half life for the required part.

Appointment Tracking

Graphically displays daily appointment load for selected departments.

Prints appointment schedules and displays or prints individual appointment information.

Unavailable time slots can be excluded so bookings can not be made for those times..

Includes drag and drop adjustment of jobs.

File Transfer Utility

A simple .Net utility for copying files from one network location to another.

Once set up the user simply selects the desired transfer actions and the appropriate files are copied, making backups of any files that are overwritten. 

The latest Version of this utility incorporates a timer function so that files can be transferred  automatically at specified times.

Document Wizard

Designed to simplify the filling out of competition documents.

The Document Wizard uses a series of forms to collect information from the user and then formats that information and inserts it into an existing document.

It can print the new document, email it or save a copy to disk.

Accounting Plug-in

This .Net application automatically converts completed job information into invoices and saves them to an existing MoneyWorks accounting package.

Completed jobs can be sent from anywhere on the network and saved in one application, eliminating the need to run multiple instances of the accounting package.

Booking Statistics

This software uses information gathered from the booking system, the accounting package and the phone system, to display and graph various sets of statistical information.

Some of the things it was required to display include, monthly/daily profit/income, repeat client information, number of sales per client, job type popularity,  number of cancellations and a host of other information.

The information can be viewed, printed or displayed in various graph formats.

MoneyWorks to Outlook Contact Transfer

This is a small application that takes entries from the contact information in MoneyWorks and places it in the outlook contacts list.

It also checks that information for any existing contacts is correct and updates it where necessary.

Vehicle Information Database

Custom software that keeps track of all vehicle information and the products available for those vehicles.

The interface was designed to make finding, viewing and editing of information as easy as possible for the user, reducing data entry errors. including Electrical information.

Production Costs

This application uses existing production information to calculate the cost of producing a requested product.

It extracts product part information from the database and combines it with part costing information from the accounting system.

A complete break down of the product is available showing the purchase prices/suppliers for each individual part.
